Kaufman cards

The Kaufman cards came before the workbook for us. They helped us tremendously because Lily wasn’t great with articulation at the time, and the method doesn’t focus on saying things perfectly to begin with.  It’s all about how close you can get to the word depending on where you are developmentally.  Lily lived interacting with the cards & the pictures & it helped her with focus & memory skills too.   It was one of the first things that got her sitting in a chair or desk for a prolonged period of time.  Being 10-15 minute intervals at the time.
